To create enduring, accessible well-being, we are conducting trainings to share the tools of wellness to current and future leaders. These leaders each create their own karma by leading 12 weekly classes to the population they would like to impact. In sharing through teaching, these leaders get feedback on their leadership, generate a wellness community, and deepen their own understanding through sharing. Ontological leaders have leadership as part of their being, or who they are, instead of a learned or memorized behavior.
